PILOT PARALYMPIC PROGRAM

This June the Halifax Trojans will be launching an Introduction to Para Swimming
program designed to welcome individuals of all abilities into the world of adaptive
aquatic sport. Created with inclusivity and support at its core, this initiative provides a safe and fun environment for athletes to take learning a lifelong skill at their own pace.

Our six introductory sessions are FREE to sign-up and participate. Coaches and
volunteers work on-deck and in the water with participants to develop water
confidence, stroke skills, and have some fun along the way. Brand new to swimming or have some experience, everyone is encouraged to participate.

Sessions are held at the Dalplex (6260 South St) pool in the south end of Halifax. Families and support people are welcome to attend and experience the session alongside your swimmer(s) as they grow in skill and confidence.
