What to pack in your swim bag:

• 2 swimsuits
• Trojan swim cap
• Trojan T-shirt
• Additional clothing to keep you warm
• 2 pairs of goggles
• Deck shoes
• 2 towels
• Water bottle
• Nutritious snacks (nut free)
• Black sharpie - for those who write events on their arm

800m Freestyle Events

• ALL SWIMMERS IN THE LCM SESSION ON SATURDAY; they will all swim 2 per lane.
• Positive check-In for all distance events will be due at 5:30pm on Friday

Meet Timelines

• The breaks on Friday have been removed to ensure an appropriate meet timeline. The shallow end will be available for continuous warm-up/down throughout the session
• Friday’s session will finish at ~8:00pm
• Saturday breaks have been adjusted to 5 minutes (open pool)
• Saturday warm-up will be for 45 minutes from 8:00-8:45am; Meet Start will be at 8:45am (this will allow for a finish of ~12:45pm)

Relays

• Relays will take place at Saturday morning at the start of the session
• Relay cards are due at 8:00am on Saturday, they will be distributed on Friday

Other

• All swimmers, coaches, officials & spectators must enter Dalplex through the turnstiles; spectators must remain in designated areas
