The Junior Program supports athletes as they build the technical skills, confidence, training habits, and independence required for long-term success in competitive swimming. Each squad provides an age-appropriate environment designed to support individual development and future progression within the club.

The Junior Elite squad is designed for athletes transitioning toward a high-performance training environment. The program balances age-appropriate development with increasing expectations, helping athletes build the technical skills, training habits, and independence needed to prepare for the senior performance pathway.

The Junior Atlantic squad is designed for athletes who are developing the skills, habits, and confidence required for competitive swimming. The program emphasizes long-term athlete development while preparing swimmers for increased training, competition, and future progression within the club.

The Junior Provincial squad is designed for athletes beginning their competitive swimming journey. The program focuses on developing strong technical skills, confidence, and training habits while introducing swimmers to regular competition in a fun and supportive environment.
