Please see attached the meet package, session report, psych sheet, and entries for the upcoming AAA Meet #3 meet at the Dalplex Friday, May 23 to Saturday, May 24.
Session 1 (Friday PM)
- Arrival @ 3:30 PM
- Activation @ 3:40 PM
- Warm up @ 4:00 PM - 5:00 PM
- Meet Start @ 5:00 PM
- Approximate Finish Time @ 7:50 PM
Session 2 (Saturday AM)
- Arrival @ 7:30 AM
- Activation @ 7:40 AM
- Warm up @ 8:00 AM - 9:00 AM
- Meet Start @ 9:00 AM
- Approximate Finish Time @ 1:00 PM
What to Bring
- Swimsuit
- Trojan Cap (and spares if available)
- Goggles (and spares if available)
- Towel(s)
- Navy Trojan Shirt (and/or other team apparel)
- Water Bottle
- Snacks
Session Notes
- FACILITY ACCESS:
- All teams must enter/exit Dalplex through the main doors -- swimmers can access the facility with their Swim N.S bag tag.
- Parking passes are required to park in the Dalplex Parking lot on Friday only.
- SPECTATOR INFORMATION:
- All spectators must remain in the designated spectator areas – the pool deck is reserved for swimmers entered in the meet, registered coaches and volunteers/officials working the designated session.
- Spectators must enter/exit Dalplex through the main doors (the emergency exit at the back will NOT be available)
- OTHER:
- Hospitality: Swim NS will be providing hospitality in the classroom off the deck in the shallow end for all coaches and officials; a canteen will be available for swimmers above the bleachers in the deep end. Please bring your re-usable water bottle to fill at the water stations.
- Officials: Timers and officials are still needed to help us run a great meet – please email availability and preferred position to: Kelley: kelley@polycorp.co
Expectations
- Values: Trojans are expected to demonstrate our three core values on and off the deck. Swimmers who fail to follow these values may be removed from the swim meet at the Head Coach's discretion.
- Respect - Trojan's will show respect for the facility, teammates, staff, competitors, volunteers & officials, self, and all others.
- Support - Trojan's will work to help, uplift, and motivate each other in the capacities that we are able to.
- Compete - Trojan's will give our best effort in and out of the pool
- Garbage: All garbage will be put in the designated garbage cans/bags. No mess will be left on deck.
- Cheering: Swimmers will gather on deck for the team cheer at the designated time (please review the attached Cheer Card). and HTAC swimmers will cheer on all HTAC swimmers in the water.
- Phones: Phone's are to be kept in swim bags unless swimmers are contacting their family, or listening to music. Swimmers using their phones on deck for other reasons will be asked to put their phones away.
