We are thrilled to announce another exciting team travel opportunity for our Trojans to Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island, from April 11th to 13th, 2025. This event is open to team travel for swimmers aged 11 and over from the specified groups listed below, and is also available for all ages to attend independently as a non-team travel option.
Eligible Groups:
- Elite (approval from lead coach required before declaration)
- Senior Atlantic (approval from lead coach required before declaration)
- Senior Provincial
- Junior Elite
- Junior Atlantic
- Junior Provincial
- Competitive Development
- Gold (Note: Team travel is not an option for this group)
Participation Details:
- Team Travel Requirement: Swimmers must stay with the team at all times during travel and housing.
- To participate under team travel: Please click YES to team travel.
- Non-Team Travel Participation: Swimmers and families are welcome to attend the meet independently of the team travel.
- To opt-out of team travel: Please do not select the team travel option.
Costs and Fees:
- Meet Fee: Estimated at $90.00 per swimmer (regardless of team travel or independent).
- Total Cost Estimate: $688.02 (based on 38 participating swimmers)
- Land Price: $529.02 (includes coach bus transportation, hotel accommodations in triple occupancy, and catering)
- Travel Insurance: $39.00 (Manulife All-Inclusive plan covering cancellation, medical issues, and trip interruptions)
- Chaperone Costs: $30.00 (covers two chaperones)

- Declaration Deadline: Please declare your interest by Friday, January 31st, 2025. Declaring interest helps us estimate costs more accurately and is not a final commitment.
- Chaperoning: Interested in chaperoning? Please complete this form. Note that completing the form does not guarantee selection; selected chaperones will be notified by February 1st, 2025.
Event Qualifications:
- Standards: Swimmers must be a NovaTech Level 2 or higher to participate.
