Session 1 (Saturday AM)
- Arrival @ 7:40 AM
- Warm up @ 8:00 AM - 8:45 AM
- Meet Start @ 8:45 AM
- Approximate Finish Time @ 12:00 PM
Session 2 (Saturday PM)
- Arrival @ 1:10 PM
- Warm up @ 1:30 PM - 2:15 PM
- Meet Start @ 2:15 PM
- Approximate Finish Time @ 6:10 PM
Session Notes
- Parents are to remain off the pool deck -- if you need to speak to a swimmer, they can meet in the lobby. Spectators should remain in the upper bleachers.
- Please sign in your license plate at the front desk of Centennial Pool.
What to Bring
- Swimsuit
- Trojan Cap (and spares if available)
- Goggles (and spares if available)
- Towel(s)
- Navy Trojan Shirt (and/or other team apparel)
- Water Bottle
- Snacks
Expectations
- Values: Trojans are expected to demonstrate our three core values on and off the deck. Swimmers who fail to follow these values may be removed from the swim meet at the Head Coach's discretion.
- Respect - Trojan's will show respect for the facility, teammates, staff, competitors, volunteers & officials, self, and all others.
- Support - Trojan's will work to help, uplift, and motivate each other in the capacities that we are able to.
- Compete - Trojan's will give our best effort in and out of the pool
- Garbage: All garbage will be put in the designated garbage cans/bags. No mess will be left on deck.
- Cheering: Swimmers will gather on deck for the team cheer at the designated time (please review the attached Cheer Card). and HTAC swimmers will cheer on all HTAC swimmers in the water.
- Phones: Phone's are to be kept in swim bags unless swimmers are contacting their family, or listening to music. Swimmers using their phones on deck for other reasons will be asked to put their phones away.
