Please see attached the meet package, session report, psych sheet, and entries for the upcoming AAA Meet #2 meet at the Dalplex on Saturday, February 22.

 

Session 1 (Saturday AM)

  • Arrival @ 7:30 AM
  • Warm up @ 8:00 AM - 9:00 AM
  • Meet Start @ 9:00 AM
  • Approximate Finish Time @ 12:05 PM

Session 2 (Saturday PM)

  • Arrival @ 1:30 PM
  • Warm up @ 2:00 PM - 2:45 PM
  • Meet Start @ 2:45 PM
  • Approximate Finish Time @ 7:35 PM

Session Notes

  • All swimmers, coaches, officials & spectators must enter Dalplex through the turnstiles; spectators must remain in designated areas.
  • Those with Swim NS bag tags can show those to the staff to gain quicker access.
  • A canteen and 50/50 draw will be available courtesy of DCSC.

What to Bring

  • Swimsuit
  • Trojan Cap (and spares if available)
  • Goggles (and spares if available)
  • Towel(s)
  • Navy Trojan Shirt (and/or other team apparel)
  • Water Bottle
  • Snacks

Expectations

  • Values: Trojans are expected to demonstrate our three core values on and off the deck. Swimmers who fail to follow these values may be removed from the swim meet at the Head Coach's discretion.
    • Respect - Trojan's will show respect for the facility, teammates, staff, competitors, volunteers & officials, self, and all others.
    • Support - Trojan's will work to help, uplift, and motivate each other in the capacities that we are able to.
    • Compete - Trojan's will give our best effort in and out of the pool
  • Garbage: All garbage will be put in the designated garbage cans/bags. No mess will be left on deck.
  • Cheering: Swimmers will gather on deck for the team cheer at the designated time (please review the attached Cheer Card). and HTAC swimmers will cheer on all HTAC swimmers in the water.
  • Phones: Phone's are to be kept in swim bags unless swimmers are contacting their family, or listening to music. Swimmers using their phones on deck for other reasons will be asked to put their phones away.
